Edward (and Alphonse) Elric's unique ability to perform alchemy without drawing a transmutation circle, by clapping their hands. This ability was gained after they passed through the Gate of Truth during their failed human transmutation attempt.

Alphonse Elric's ability to affix alchemical arrays to his own armored body, allowing him to transmute material touching him instantaneously — including the ground beneath him — as a defensive and offensive technique.
