Puri-Puri Prisoner is a flamboyant S-class hero who voluntarily lives in prison to be near young male inmates, whose Angel Styles fighting technique grows more powerful as he strips off his clothing and whose hair transforms into armor-like 'Vibration Angel' when fully powered. Despite his absurd presentation, he is a legitimately powerful hero who fights out of genuine love for his 'angels' and refuses to yield even against Deep Sea King-tier threats that defeat other high-ranked heroes. His unabashed self-expression and his genuine bravery make him one of OPM's most earnest and endearing characters beneath the comedy.
