Flashy Flash is an S-class hero and former member of the villainous Ninja Village's '44th generation,' a swordsman so fast that his attacks are literally invisible to most opponents and even some S-class heroes. His arrogance is matched by his genuine speed, which places him among the fastest beings in the One Punch Man world alongside characters like Sonic and Saitama when the latter is moving with intent. His begrudging partnership with Saitama during the Monster Association arc provides some of the series' best comedy from his inability to process Saitama's casual transcendence of his own extreme speed.
