What episodes are the Wano arc in One Piece?
The Wano Country Arc spans Episodes 890-1085 in the anime. It is divided into four acts: Act 1 (890-906), Act 2 (954-1028), Act 3 (1029-1085), with transition episodes in between. This makes it the longest arc in One Piece history at nearly 200 episodes.
What is the Wano arc about?
The Wano arc follows the Straw Hats mission to liberate the isolated nation of Wano from Shogun Orochi and Kaido, one of the Four Emperors. A large alliance is formed with the Minks, the Kozuki clan samurai, and Luffy's forces to raid Onigashima and defeat Kaido and Big Mom.
Does Luffy get a new form in Wano?
Yes. During the Wano arc, Luffy awakens his Devil Fruit, revealing that the Gum-Gum Fruit is actually the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, a Mythical Zoan. His awakened form, Gear Fifth, transforms him into a cartoon-like figure (the "Sun God Nika") with the ability to make his surroundings rubbery.
Is there filler in the Wano arc?
The Wano arc has significant pacing issues in the anime with many episodes expanding short manga chapters. These are not traditional non-canon filler but they do slow the narrative. Some expanded flashback sequences and recap episodes pad the total episode count considerably.
Who dies in the Wano arc?

What is Gear Fifth?
Gear Fifth is Luffy's awakened Mythical Zoan form, first shown in Episode 1071. In this form Luffy appears cartoonish with white hair and cloud-like rings, and can freely reshape himself and his surroundings as if in a cartoon. He uses giant fists, exaggerated elasticity, and can make the environment itself rubbery.
