Tsuru is one of the Marine Headquarters' most senior officers, holding the rank of Vice Admiral, known for her sharp tactical mind and her Devil Fruit the Woshu Woshu no Mi which allows her to literally wash and hang out people like laundry, cleansing evil. A long-time colleague of both Sengoku and Garp, she possesses the wisdom and authority that has shaped Marine policy for decades. Her no-nonsense demeanor and tremendous accumulated experience make her one of the most respected veterans within the organization.
