Kozuki Toki was the wife of Kozuki Oden, wielding the Toki Toki no Mi which allows her to send anyone forward in time—but never backward. Born eight hundred years in the past, she traveled forward through history until meeting Oden, eventually using her power to send her children and the Nine Red Scabbards twenty years into the future so they could survive Kaido's victory and await the coming of Luffy's era. Her final act—standing in flames, delivering a prophecy to the people of Wano—cemented her as one of the series' most tragic and mythologically resonant figures.
