Sai is the 13th leader of the Happo Navy and the grandson of Don Chinjao, a powerful martial artist whose Hasshoken style channels vibrations through his attacks to shatter opponents' defenses regardless of hardness. He is one of the central members of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet and his defeat of Don Chinjao — striking down his own grandfather to break his mind control — is one of Dressrosa's more emotionally charged combat moments.
