Ryokugyu, whose real name is Aramaki, is a Marine Admiral recruited under Fleet Admiral Akainu, possessing the Mori Mori no Mi which transforms him into a being of immense plant life capable of draining all nutrients from living targets. Coldly pragmatic and driven by absolute justice, he traveled to Wano alone after the war to eliminate potential threats, only to be repelled by Shanks's Conqueror's Haki. His terrifying power and amoral willingness to kill those he deems enemies of order make him one of the most dangerous figures in the current Marine hierarchy.
