Rockstar is a member of the Red Hair Pirates who serves as a messenger and representative for the crew, tasked with delivering Shanks's letter to Emperor Whitebeard before the War of the Best. His brash confidence led him to foolishly announce himself as a man worth 94 million berries and challenge Whitebeard, only to be instantly humbled by the Emperor's overwhelming presence and casual dismissal. Despite that embarrassment, his association with Shanks grants him a notoriety that opens doors across the world.
