Raizo is a legendary ninja of Wano Country and one of the Nine Red Scabbards who sailed with Kozuki Oden on the Roger Pirates' final voyage. He possesses the Maki Maki no Mi, allowing him to store virtually anything including devastating fire balls inside scrolls and release them in an instant, as well as master shadow-clone techniques. His reunion with Nekomamushi and Inuarashi after years of separation was one of the Wano Arc's most emotionally resonant scenes.
