Pekoms is a lion mink and one of the Big Mom Pirates' field agents, possessing the Kame Kame no Mi which allows him to withdraw into an invulnerable turtle shell, as well as the innate Mink Tribe ability to use Electro and enter a Sulong form under the full moon. He was close friends with Jinbe and showed a moral streak that eventually led him to defy Big Mom's orders to protect Sanji in exchange for the debt he owed, paying a severe price for that choice. His unique combination of lion mink physiology and turtle fruit powers makes him one of the crew's most unusual and quietly tragic figures.
