Morley is a Revolutionary Army commander of the West Army and the original prisoner to have broken out of Newkamas in Impel Down, using the Oshi Oshi no Mi to push and reshape the ground like clay, creating the tunnels that became Level 5.5 — Ivankov's Newkama Land. A massive trans okama figure who once was imprisoned deep in Impel Down, their escape and founding of the underground kingdom for those cast aside by the world is one of the series' most quietly radical backstories. Their powers of terrain manipulation make them indispensable in large-scale revolutionary operations.
