Monet was a CP9 agent-turned-member of the Caesar Clown's island operation on Punk Hazard, wielding the Yuki Yuki no Mi which transformed her into a harpy made of snow capable of creating lethal blizzards and encasing opponents in ice. A loyal operative of Donquixote Doflamingo, she served as a mole inside Caesar's operation and was willing to sacrifice her own life to trigger a massive explosion on Punk Hazard. Her dedication and sacrifice, along with her tragic backstory as one of Doflamingo's rescued children, make her one of the arc's most memorable antagonists.
