Jozu is the third division commander of the Whitebeard Pirates who wields the Kira Kira no Mi, transforming his body into the hardest substance on earth—diamond—making him both an impenetrable shield and a crushing offensive weapon. During the Marineford War he went toe-to-toe with Admiral Aokiji, clashing their respective elemental powers in one of the war's most spectacular exchanges. His immense physical strength combined with his diamond transformation established him as one of the Whitebeard crew's most formidable combatants.
