Inazuma is a Revolutionary Army officer and one of Ivankov's closest lieutenants, wielding the Choki Choki no Mi which turns his hand into scissors capable of cutting through anything—including the environment itself—and folding the cut pieces like paper. Known for the ability to scissor islands' very terrain into stairs or barriers, his contributions to the Impel Down escape were crucial in creating paths where none existed. His quiet professionalism and razor-precise power make him an indispensable member of the Revolutionary Army's frontline corps.
