Igaram is the head of Alabasta's royal guard and a devoted protector of Princess Vivi, who went undercover alongside her in Baroque Works to expose Crocodile's conspiracy. Pompous and easily flustered, he nonetheless possesses genuine courage and loyalty—he disguised himself as Vivi to serve as a decoy, nearly losing his life to Miss All Sunday. His bumbling heroism and devotion to the royal family make him one of the Alabasta Arc's most endearing figures.
