Hina is a Marine officer holding the rank of Rear Admiral, known as 'Hina the Black Cage' for her Devil Fruit the Ori Ori no Mi which allows her to create iron cages from her body that instantly shackle anyone she passes through. A childhood acquaintance of Smoker and a highly capable field commander, she has pursued the Straw Hats on multiple occasions. Her cool professionalism and the genuine warmth she occasionally shows toward her subordinates paint her as a competent and layered Marine character.
