Charlotte Perospero is the eldest son of the Charlotte family and a key minister within the Big Mom Pirates, wielding the Pero Pero no Mi which allows him to generate vast quantities of candy that can encase people in hardened sugar prisons. Cool-headed and strategically minded for a Charlotte, he played a major role in the Wano Arc by allying with Kaido to eliminate mutual enemies, before ultimately fighting against the crew in the final battle. His longevity, intelligence, and candy fruit power make him one of the Big Mom Pirates' most consistently present and dangerous commanders.
