Charlotte Cracker is the 15th son of the Charlotte family, a Sweet Commander known as 'Thousand Arms' for his use of the Bis Bis no Mi which allows him to create an unlimited number of biscuit soldiers, each tough enough to rival powerful fighters. His near-invincibility through mass production of hardened soldiers made him Luffy's most grueling fight up to Whole Cake Island, requiring a ten-hour battle and an extraordinary amount of Nami's rain to soften his constructs. His power to generate armies of replaceable soldiers on an unlimited budget of calories makes him one of the Big Mom Pirates' most tactically monstrous fighters.
