Carrot is a rabbit Mink from Zou who stowed away on the Thousand Sunny and traveled with the Straw Hats through Whole Cake Island and into Wano, wielding electro attacks and her Sulong transformation—triggered by the full moon—which makes her an aerial combatant of breathtaking power and speed. Her cheerful, impulsive personality and genuine love of adventure made her a natural fit alongside the Straw Hats, and her battle in Sulong form against Big Mom's fleet in Totto Land remains one of the series' most visually spectacular fights. Though she ultimately chose to remain with the Mink Tribe as a leader rather than join the crew, her presence enriched the Whole Cake and Wano arcs immeasurably.
