Orochimaru is one of the Legendary Sannin and the primary antagonist of the first part of Naruto. He desires immortality and mastery of all jutsu, conducting experiments on humans to achieve this. He seeks Sasuke's body as his next vessel.

Does Orochimaru die?

Orochimaru is sealed by Itachi's Susanoo (Totsuka Sword) during the confrontation with Sasuke. However, he had previously implanted pieces of his being in Anko and Sasuke. He is later resurrected by Sasuke during the Fourth Shinobi World War and becomes a more ambiguous figure in Boruto.
