Kai Chisaki, known as Overhaul, is the don of the Shie Hassaikai yakuza syndicate and the principal antagonist of the Internship Arc, wielding a Quirk that allows him to disassemble and reassemble any matter—including living beings—he touches. His plan to use Eri's Rewind Quirk to manufacture bullets that destroy Quirks and reverse the superhuman era was as megalomaniacal as it was medically precise. His total defeat at the hands of Deku using Eri's power, followed by his Quirk being stolen by Shigaraki, is a brutal karmic irony that defines his arc.
