Hunter x Hunter: Phantom Rouge

Hunter x Hunter: Phantom Rouge features Gon and Killua confronting a mysterious Nen ability that steals people's eyes, with the trail leading to an unexpected connection to Kurapika and the Phantom Troupe. The film explores Kurapika's past as a Kurta clan survivor in more detail than the television series provides, showing the friendship and loss that defines his obsession with the Phantom Troupe and particularly with Pairo — his childhood friend. When a former Phantom Troupe member creates puppet-copies of the Troupe, including a version of Illumi, Killua faces a confrontation with a manufactured reflection of his past conditioning.
