Mei Mei is a grade 1 jujutsu sorcerer who operates primarily as a mercenary, motivating herself entirely through financial incentive with a brutal pragmatism that makes her one of the more darkly comedic adults in the series. Her Crow Technique uses crows as both scouts and explosives, and her Binding Vow sacrificing one crow's entire life to deal a blow that is unavoidable within her technique makes her deceptively lethal. Her worldly, no-nonsense attitude and her relationship with her younger brother Ui Ui provide an unsettling counterpoint to JJK's idealistic young sorcerers.
