Description

The pinnacle of martial arts — a state where the body moves and defends independently of conscious thought. Even Angels use this technique. Goku first partially achieves it during the Tournament of Power when his Spirit Bomb is absorbed into himself. In Mastered Ultra Instinct, his hair turns silver-white and his power surpasses everything previously seen in the series.
