Juvia Lockser is a former member of the Phantom Lord guild's Element Four who controlled rain and brought constant storm clouds wherever she went until meeting Gray Fullbuster, whose existence literally cleared her skies and redirected her entire identity around love for him. Her Water Body transformation and ability to manipulate water in its various states make her one of Fairy Tail's more powerful former antagonists-turned-allies. Her intense devotion to Gray—played largely for comedy but with genuine emotional depth in key moments—defines her as one of the series' most warmly absurd and sincerely felt characters.
