Champa is the God of Destruction of Universe 6 and Beerus's twin brother, a gluttonous, short-tempered deity who organized the Universe 6 vs Universe 7 tournament primarily to win the Earth's food for himself. His sibling rivalry with Beerus—bickering constantly while sharing the same destructive purpose on opposite sides of the twin universes—provides the Super arc with its most consistently comedic dynamic. His genuine pride in his team's performance and his care for them despite his bluster reveal a sentimentality his terrifying power renders endearingly incongruous.
